Agreement

Welcome to SOL. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of http://www.moveforsol.com (the “Site”), operated by SOL (“we,” “us”), including our streaming features and our online store. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Services

SOL provides entertainment services, including music distribution via internet streaming and nondownloadable recordings, and sells official SOL merchandise through our online store.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including music, recordings, artwork, images, logos, service marks, text, and design — is owned by SOL or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not republish, reproduce, download, rip, redistribute, sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site without our prior written permission. SOL and the SOL sun-and-wave mark are service marks of SOL.

Streaming

Streaming on the Site is provided for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not record, capture, download, or redistribute streamed audio, or use it in any public performance or commercial context without a license from us.

Purchases

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payments are processed securely by our payment processor via WooCommerce; we do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we will refund you in full.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party platforms (such as Beatport, Hypeddit, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, YouTube, and social networks). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interferes with the Site’s operation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
